Retirement and pensions

The old saying “there are two sides to every story” is never more appropriate than when discussing pensions in our office.  As we manage both sides of a pension, namely the employer and the employee, we appreciate the strains that pensions can put on a business, whilst trying to maximise the employee ‘pot’ for the future.
Pensions are currently undergoing huge reform and, if recent publications are accurate, the subsequent changes will be with every one of us by mid-2014.  Change, however, brings opportunities and it is these opportunities that excite us in the office.

Following an initial consultation, we will build up an accurate picture of what you need and expect during your well-earned retirement.  It’s our job to make sure we maximise your opportunity to achieve these individual goals.  With our regular review policy, we ensure you always know how your pension is progressing and are suitably prepared for what may lay ahead.
